- The establishments belonging to this product will not have over 50 rooms
- The establishments will offer a differentiated service and product
- The architecture must be special and integrated into the environment
- Have initiated policies of environmental respect and service quality
- Independent establishments
- Offer specialised cuisine in accordance with the product being offered
- Compliance with accessibility regulations
